麻醉 (Anesthesia)
- 局部麻醉適用情境：若受侵犯的體表面積 (body surface area, BSA) 不大於約 0.5%，去頂術 (deroofing) 極適合作為使用局部麻醉的「門診處置 (office procedure)」。
- 局部麻醉通常分兩步驟：
- 第一步：注射含 lidocaine with epinephrine 的麻醉劑浸潤周圍區域。如前所述，加入 sodium bicarbonate 可減少注射時的灼熱感。
- 接著：竇道 (sinus tract) 可注射相同的局部麻醉劑。
- 於竇道注射 methylene blue 可用以評估病灶範圍。
- 當病人偏好，或在大範圍發炎、多發病灶的情況下，可於程序性鎮靜與止痛 (procedural sedation and analgesia, PSA) 或全身麻醉 (general anesthesia) 下執行手術。
