適應症 (Indications)
- 冷凍治療 (cryotherapy) 已被報告可用於廣泛的皮膚疾病，包括惡性 (malignant)、感染性 (infectious)、自體免疫 (autoimmune) 與發炎性 (inflammatory) 疾病。
- 良性疾病的一般原則：建議採單一冷凍–解凍週期 (single freeze–thaw cycle)；此法較不易導致癒合不良或疤痕，且因疾病為良性，日後可安全重複治療。
- 多數已發表的療效資料屬個案報告或小型未對照系列；惟針對基底細胞癌 (basal cell carcinoma)、鱗狀細胞癌 (squamous cell carcinoma) 與光化性角化症 (actinic keratoses) 已有較大型研究。
