兒童 (Children)
- lidocaine 建議劑量（3 歲以上兒童）：
- 不含 epinephrine：不應超過 1.5 to 2.0 mg/kg。
- 含 epinephrine：3.0 to 4.5 mg/kg。
- 黃疸新生兒：偏好使用無防腐劑 (preservative-free) 麻醉劑，因含防腐劑麻醉劑中的 parabens 具有膽紅素置換 (bilirubin displacement) 的內在特性。
- 表面麻醉劑 (topical anesthetics) 可在兒童引起毒性，使用時須謹慎。
