退置式真皮縫合 (The set-back dermal suture)
此入路常用於張力顯著的部位，並作為標準埋藏式技術中埋藏式垂直褥式縫合 (buried vertical mattress) 的替代方案。3 由於它比埋藏式垂直褥式縫合更易置放，此技術可供初出茅廬的外科醫師、醫學生與住院醫師作為深層減張縫合 (deep tension-relieving sutures) 的主力技術 (Figs. 13-4 through 13-6)。
