供脂部位麻醉 (Donor site anesthesia)

• 可使用與抽脂 (liposuction) 相同的局部腫脹麻醉液 (local tumescent solution) 來麻醉供脂部位 (donor site)。
• 改良式 Klein 腫脹液 (modified Klein’s tumescent solution) 配方（每 1 公升）：以 1 L of Ringer’s lactate 加入 500-mg lidocaine、1 cc of 1:1,000 epinephrine，以及 12.5 cc of 8.4% sodium bicarbonate 製備供灌注。
• 製備腫脹液與神經阻斷 (nerve blocks) 時，lidocaine 劑量須以與執行抽脂手術相同的方式仔細計算。
