脂肪移植 (Fat transfer)

• 原理：自體脂肪移植 (autologous fat transplantation) 以脂肪移植物 (adipose grafts) 進行軟組織填充 (soft-tissue augmentation)，可作為痤瘡疤痕 (acne scars) 皮下分離術 (subcision) 的輔助。
• 注意事項：脂肪存活率不完全，且因技術與病人而異 (technique and patient dependent)，常需重複多次移植。
• 療效：一項研究指出單次脂肪移植較三次分段式 (fractional) CO2 雷射更有效，但追蹤時間短。
