磷酸鈦氧鉀雷射 (Potassium Titanyl Phosphate)

• 磷酸鈦氧鉀 (potassium titanyl phosphate, KTP) 雷射發射綠光，穿透係數 (penetration coefficient) 高於藍光。
• 作用機轉：紫質 (porphyrin) 活化，並對皮脂腺 (sebaceous gland) 產生光熱 (photothermal) 效應。
• 缺點：KTP 雷射對痤瘡的效果不持久，可能引起紅斑 (erythema)、水腫 (edema) 與暫時性結痂 (transient crusting)。
• 因此並未廣泛用於痤瘡治療。
