病灶內皮質類固醇 (Intralesional corticosteroids)
濃度為 10 or 40 mg/mL 的 triamcinolone acetonide 溶液可與 1% to 2% lidocaine with epinephrine 以 1:1 的比例混合。15 視病灶 (lesion) 大小而定，每個結節 (nodule) 或斑塊 (plaque) 注射 1 mL of triamcinolone 或 2 mL 的混合溶液即足夠。此溶液以一支配有 1-in 30-gauge needle 的注射器直接注入發炎的結節中。當在一片發炎、硬結 (indurated) 的組織區域中難以辨識出單一結節時，應將皮質類固醇 (corticosteroid) 溶液注入硬結且紅斑 (erythematous) 區域的中央。若發炎紅斑區域的直徑超過 4 cm，則可將溶液平均分配於兩個注射部位，每個部位浸潤注射約 1 mL。
