引言 (Introduction)
清創 (debridement) 是移除可能妨礙正常癒合的壞死組織 (necrotic tissue) 與細胞碎屑 (cellular debris) 的過程。6 清創有數種方法，包括手術性 (surgical)、自體溶解性 (autolytic)、酵素性 (enzymatic)、機械性 (mechanical) 與生物性 (biologic)。將清創作為慢性傷口處置中的標準程序，其依據主要來自專家共識 (expert consensus)，而非隨機對照試驗 (randomized controlled trials)；7 且清創的臨床試驗證據有限。
