前言 (INTRODUCTION)
頭皮 (scalp) 的重建手術 (reconstructive surgery) 經常由皮膚外科醫師 (dermatologic surgeons) 執行。頭皮上的惡性腫瘤 (malignancies) 常可能變得很大，因為它們位於病人無法經常看見、且可能被頭髮覆蓋的表面，往往延誤了察覺與診斷。此外，頭皮皮膚與軟組織具有獨特的特性，在設計縫合 (closure) 時應加以考量 (Table 44-1)。
