供區閉合 (Donor site closure)
額部 (forehead) 應於帽狀腱膜下層 (subgaleal plane) 進行潛行剝離 (undermining) 並仔細閉合，以避免形成內陷性疤痕 (inverted scar)。應避免過度緊繃的閉合；若無法完全閉合，則可能需要採二期癒合 (second intention healing) (Fig. 26-6)。
圖 26-6：額部缺損 (forehead defect) 無法以一期方式完全閉合，故任其以二期癒合 (second intention) 方式癒合。
