Upper-eyelid volume loss can present as multiple skin folds, as may be seen commonly in individuals of East Asian extraction and in others. Upper-medial-eyelid sulcus deformity, sometimes referred to as an โA-frameโ deformity or infrabrow hollow, is also seen. Topical prostaglandin agonists have also been associated with reversible superior eyelid sulcus hollowing that improves when the medication is discontinued.38,39
