Cellular grafting involves transferring melanocytes from the DS to the RS as a suspension with or without the use of cell culture. Cellular grafting techniques presently available include noncultured epidermal suspensions (NCES), cultured melanocyte suspensions (CMS), cultured epidermal suspensions (CES), and noncultured hair follicle outer root sheath cell suspensions (NCORSHFS).
