FTSGs contain the entire epidermis and dermis as well as adnexal structures. Cartilage grafts, as the name implies, contain cartilage and are typically harvested from the ear in dermatologic surgery. Composite grafts contain the entire epidermis and dermis, as well as adnexal structures and cartilage.
